All Wedding Rentals include the following:
- Access to the event space, as well as our dressing rooms, green room & rehearsal room on the day of the event
- State of the art theatrical lighting and sound consoles and equipment
- Designated number of labor hours for Front of House and Technical Staff Support
Pricing
While we would love to give an easy answer to this question, the overall rental fee for the New Hazlett depends on many factors, including the style and scale of the event you are planning, the date(s) and times you will be in the space, and staffing and equipment needs. Fill out our Rental Inquiry Questionnaire, and our dedicated events team will work with you to draft a rental quote that fits your needs and budget.
Rental Highlights:
- Premium lighting options as well as other house equipment (projector, projector screen, wireless microphones, etc.) are available for an added rental fee
- Additional staff for both Front of House & Technical support (including A2, video/projection technicians, etc.) are billed at an hourly labor rate per person
- Liquor for the event must be purchased through the New Hazlett and served by NHT Ramp certified bartenders. We offer Basic, Standard, Deluxe and Premium packages for you to choose from
- A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required for renting the space
- General Liability insurance with the New Hazlett Theater and the City of Pittsburgh listed as insured is required
- A limited number of cocktail and banquet tables are available for you to use at no additional cost. We can provide additional tables, chairs, linens for an additional cost, or you can rent them separately from the theater
