Texture returns to the New Hazlett Theater for the first time since the Fall of 2019 to present In the Light!
This performance will feature a mixture of new works and past works, including Alan Obuzor’s work Eclipse. Originally premiering in 2015, this piece was created to shine a light on the life and music of the late Eva Cassidy. Artistic Director Alan Obuzor will also be creating a new piece that utilizes light to enhance the visual element of dance in new ways. Join us for our return to the theater and experience the luminosity of dance!

The New Hazlett Theater will be requiring proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the performance start time at the time of entry. This is necessary for admittance into the theater.
