the other shoe is an original dance theater work created and performed by a pair of seasoned and opinionated critically acclaimed, female artists — choreographer/dancer Beth Corning and famed actor/director Kay Cummings. This evening for two is a mix of unflinching monologues, intertwined with choreography and a seasoned dry wit — an acute, bold, and outspoken commentary on our country’s current moment in time. A paired response to the perplexing present, as well as to what the future might hold.

The New Hazlett Theater will be requiring masks, photo ID, and proof of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 72 hours of the performance start time at the time of entry. This is necessary for admittance into the theater.
