Interfusion

Texture begins its new season with Interfusion, featuring the amazing Pittsburgh-based rock cello trio, Cello Fury. Guest hip hop choreographer and director of company KG Dynasty, Gabriel Ash, will be setting a new work mixing hip hop with other contemporary styles. Alan Obuzor rounds out the program with Regresso Al Realidad, a spicy, tango-inspired ballet

SPECIAL CHILDREN’S PERFORMANCE

The Children’s Performance targets families with children aged 10 and under. We will perform excerpts from our full-length show and follow with an interactive portion where all of the children are invited on stage with our dancers. They will get to learn some dance basics and participate in creative movement games and exercises.
