The Pittsburgh Foundation and the Allegheny County Homeless Advisory Board outline a strategy to make homelessness rare, brief, and non-recurring by 2022. The plan builds upon the significant progress that has already been made, identifies gaps remaining and prioritises strategies to develop a system that efficiently uses resources to rapidly and permanently house people experiencing housing crises.
